Our last Divorce blog post covered what Temporary Court Orders are. Click the link right here to read that blog post. Today we will go over what Family Court matters are.
Family Court matters are generally legal matters outside the realm of direct Divorce or Uncontested Divorce. Some examples are: one wants to modify a Child Support Order, or a Maintenance (Alimony) Order, or maybe one is seeking a Paternity Test. Here, someone is usually not seeking a Divorce, they are seeking something Family Law related. Our Law Firm handles both Divorce & Family Law matters.
