During Divorce, before things are settled, a spouse might need something: like some Temporary Maintenance (Alimony) or Temporary Child Support. So, one thing that can be requested from the Court during the Divorce is a Temporary Order asking for one or more of these things (Alimony, Child Support, etc…). If granted, these Temporary Orders can be very beneficial and also super important depending on one’s current situation during the Divorce.
